An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your order once it has been received. The confirmation will be sent within 15 minutes of your order being placed.  You can also elect to opt-in to SMS/Text alerts at the time of checkout.  


You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with both the carrier and tracking number. If you have created a Burt’s Bees Baby shopping account, you can log in to your account to get an updated order status and shipping information at any time. 



For orders placed on January 7, 2022, and later:

Use https://www.burtsbeesbaby.com/track-my-order and use the email at the time of check out.  A secure code will be sent via SMS/Text or email to gain access to your order history.

If you have checked out as a guest or do not have your login info please visit the Orders & Returns link at the bottom of our site.  You will need your order # (order id), the Billing Last name (as entered) and the email used to place the order.



If Your order had shipped via Standard shipping please note that your order may ship via FedEx Smartpost 

FedEx picks up the package from us and brings it to the local hub or post office then your carrier will deliver it to you the shipping address noted on the order. You can track your order on either www.fedex.com or on www.USPS.com by simply adding the number 92 in front of your tracking.  FEDEX TRACKING  6129999101234567890 then USPS TRACKING would be 926129999101234567890. Delivery can take 10-12 business days.
