We are so sorry that you’re having an issue with our clothing products.


So that we can properly assess the issue, please click the " Submit New Customer Inquiry" link above and provide the following:

  • Your Burt's Bees Baby order number
  • Photos of the damaged item (photo of the item in it's entirety and a second of the area with the damage or defect)
  • Size of the item & PO # from the inside tag
  • Any additional details regarding the damage or defect

We request that you notify us within 30 days of receipt.  Please do not discard the item, if we require the item to be returned a prepaid label will be provided. 


NOTE, items that have or show wear and tear or simply do not fit are not considered damaged or defective. 


If your item was purchased at a retailer, please contact the original point of purchase for a refund or replacement.
