So that we can properly assess the issue, please click the " Submit New Customer Inquiry" link above and provide the following:



  • Photos of the damaged item (photo of the item in its entirety and a second of the area with the damage or defect)
  • Size of the item & PO # from the inside tag 
  • Order information or proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, or receipt from the retailer) showing purchase within the past 30-45 days 
  • Your full contact details including shipping address and contact phone number
  • Any additional details in regards to the damage or defect 

We require that you notify us within 30 days of receipt.  Please do not discard the item, if we require the item to be returned a prepaid label will be provided. 

NOTE, items that have or show wear and tear, shrinkage within 2-5% or simply do not fit are not considered defective. 


If your item was purchased at a retailer, please contact the original point of purchase for a refund or replacement.
