For an item with a quality issue, we will gladly offer you a merchandise credit for the purchase price or provide a replacement of the same style and size.  In this context, quality pertains to any defects concerning the fabric, construction (including zipper, snaps or buttons), or product trim.  Items that have or show wear and tear, shrinkage within 2-5%, or simply do not fit are not considered defective.



You will need 


  • Photos of the damaged item (photo of the item in its entirety and a second of the area with the damage or defect)
  • Size of the item & PO # from the inside tag 
  • Order information or proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, or receipt from the retailer) showing purchase within the past 30-45 days 
  • Your full contact details including shipping address and contact phone number
  • Any additional details in regards to the damage or defect
