So that we can properly assess the issue, please click the " Submit New Customer Inquiry" link above and provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged item (photo of the item in it's entirety and a second of the area with the damage or defect)
- Size of the item & PO # from the inside tag
- Order information or Proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, or receipt from retailer)
- Your full contact details including shipping address and contact phone number
- Any additional details in regards to the damage or defect
Please do not discard the item, if we require the item to be returned a prepaid label will be provided.
