What items are eligible? Item(s) need to purchase through the Burt's Bees Baby site and be unwashed, with the original tags attached /in original packaging. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Gift returns are processed in the form of store credit for the original purchase value of the merchandise. All gift returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and requests need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. In the event that the gift giver's information is unavailable and the item is still a stocked item/not final sale, a store credit in the lowest sale price within the past 30 days will be honored.
