To clarify, we do not process exchanges we have a return/repurchase process.
All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To request a RMA please fill out the online request for by going to https://www.burtsbeesbaby.com/page/returns
- Eligible items need to be unwashed, with the original tags/packaging and cannot be Final Sale items. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned Returns need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. Merchandise Credit only original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- To request a RMA you will need:
- Order Number (if not previously provided)
- Item number(s) for the items you wish to return
- If a prepaid FedEx label can be provided for returns. Please note if you choose to use the attached return FedEx label, $5 will be deducted from your refund.
Once approved a RMA will then be emailed within 48 hours missing or incomplete information will delay your return. Items that are not included on the RMA or do not meet the return conditions will not be refunded.
