We strive to only ship one package for your order!  However, it is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items may be shipped when they become available. Your packing slip will include a list of all products included in your shipment any item not included we be noted as "0" 


If an item was back ordered you will see it noted on your shipping confirmation.  


To report an incomplete shipment, please contact us by submitting an inquiry above.  Please provide your order number and the item(s) missing.
