If you are receiving the error code "Unknown service error" the three most common issues are:
- An item in your cart is out of stock. You can also exit check out and refresh your cart and it should note what is no longer available.
-Your payment is not being accepted. Please verify your card information is correct including the full number, expiration date and security code. Our system does not require a billing address but the name/number and details should be a match to your account Additionally, all shipping and billing addresses are required to be US-based addresses.
-Your shipping method is not updating: Please review your shipping options and if visible click the "+Load more options" and select your shipping
