Our return policy holds that items are eligible for return up to 30 days after the original receipt (delivery date noted on tracking). All returns require pre-authorization. All returns must meet return conditions, All Items must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and must have original tags or packaging.
Please note that our 2023 Matching Family Jammies have specific exceptions regarding their return timelines:
- Halloween matching family pajamas must be returned (received) no later than October 30, 2023.
- Thanksgiving matching family pajamas must be returned (received) no later than November 22, 2023.
- Holiday-matching family pajamas must be returned (received) no later than December 24, 2023.
All returns must meet return conditions. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
All returns are considered eligible if they are purchased directly on the Burt's Bees Baby website and meet all the return conditions (unwashed, tags attached, free from all debris and pet hair) and arrive back to our facility within the indicated time frame.
Any items received that do not meet the conditions or outside of the timeframe will not be refunded, credited nor returned. Please note we do not process exchanges.
