If your order has not arrived:
- Step 1) Verify your shipping address is correct on your shipping confirmation

- Step 3) If needed contact the carrier (the carrier will have more information regarding your package)
If your order had shipped via FedEx note FedEx can pick up the package from us and can bring it to their local hub or to your local post office then your carrier will deliver it to you at the shipping address noted on the order.
