Burt’s Bees Baby will replace your beekeeper if the zipper mechanism  breaks during the course of regular use on a child within the length, weight, and age ranges stated in the size chart on the packaging and the beekeeper is washed per the care instructions (Washed inside out, with zipper closed).  

The replacement program only covers the mechanics and functionality of the zipper.

  • Photos of the beekeeper (photo of the item in its entirety and a second of the zipper area)
  • Size of the item 
  • PO # & Date from under the care tag 
  • Order information or proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, or receipt from the retailer)
  • Your full contact details including shipping address and contact phone number

A return to our corporate headquarters will be set up for review after all information has been provided.  Once received a replacement* will be sent to the address provided.
