Please ensure that you check all merchandise once it is received to verify counts and report any damage or defect that may have occurred within 7 (seven) days for the original delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all items and Burt's Bees Baby is happy to facilitate replacements for any mis-ships or damages (in transit), as long as it is reported within the 7 (seven) days from the original delivery. After that, we can no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages or unreported damages.
Please note we are not able to reship nor refund any items that were delivered as addressed when the order was placed.
