All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To request a RMA please fill out the below form. Once approved a RMA will then be emailed within 48 hours missing or incomplete information will delay your return.
What items are eligible? Items need to be unwashed, with the original tags/packaging and cannot be Final Sale items. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Returns need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. A prepaid FedEx label can be provided for returns. Please note if you choose to use the attached return FedEx label, $5 will be deducted from your refund. Merchandise Credit only original shipping costs will not be refunded.
