Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it (including quantity, color or size).  We can however make an address change if processing has not yet begun

If your order has not started the fulfillment process, we may be able to cancel it.  Please contact us via email (info@burtsbeesbaby.com) or chat as soon as possible to verify your order status.  By making a request does not guarantee we will be able to cancel it.   Since orders are charged at the time of placement, it can take up to 24 business hours to process your cancelation and the date the funds are credited back to your original form of payment will vary based on your bank or card company.
