If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Items need to be unwashed, free from any debris (including pet hair), and with the original tags/packaging.
All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and requests need to be within 30 days (delivery date noted on tracking) of when the original order was received.
The 2021 Holiday Matching Family Jammies & accessories (holiday hats, holiday beekeepers, blankets, and crib sheets) can be requested for return within 45 days of original receipt (delivery date noted on tracking) with the exception of preorders. For all preorder items shipped on or before September 15th, you can request your return up to October 31, 2021, and must be received by November 15, 2021, to be considered eligible.
All holiday products purchased December 15th, 2021 and after are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
Any items received that do not meet the conditions or are outside of the timeframe will not be refunded, credited nor returned. Please note we do not process exchanges.
We do not accept returns for items not purchased on burtsbeesbaby.com. If you purchased a Burt's Bees Baby product from anywhere other than burtsbeesbaby.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.
A prepaid return label can be provided for returns. Please note if you choose to use the provided label, $5 will be deducted from your credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
