When you Opts-In to SMS Messages during checkout you will be notified as your package begin to travel.  If there is a delay or an issue with the delivery you may get a note, Your package was unable to be delivered successfully. 


Not to worry!  Things like a business being closed, carrier delays due to volume, or a weather delay can impact your delivery. 

The best first step is to go directly to the carrier website to track your order and get the most detailed and up-to-date information.  


How to know what carrier brings your package?  GREAT questions, we use both FedEx and the USPS 

All ground and priority packages will ship via FedEx (unless to  PO Box, US Terrierotyr, or APO/FPO) all standard packages will ship via FedEx or the USPS, if your tracking # starts with a 61 this is a FedEx package and if it starts with a 94 this is a USPS parcel.
