All returns require either a QR code, or an express code (or a copy of the packing slip with a bar code) prior to bringing your item to a authorized location.  


To find a location, simply use this link:  https://locations.happyreturns.com/ put in your address and bring your items (and you QR/express code) no packing or label is needed.  Please be sure to check your email after your items are scanned before leaving to ensure all items were properly accounted by the agent.  


You can choose to ship back your items using a carrier of your choice, please note Burt's Bees Baby no longer provides a label and does not reimburse for packaging or return label costs
