Refunds are processed after your items are returned. For items brought to a Happy Returns bar, refunds will be processed within 48 business hours. Please ensure all items are scanned at the time of drop-off to receive a full refund.

For items mailed back, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days post-delivery.

All returns will be refunded to their original form of payment method. If your account has been closed, please contact your bank to review their process and policies.

If you purchased with a Visa/MC/AMEX gift card, do not discard it until you have received your refund.

If you completed your purchase using a Buy Now, Pay Later service (e.g., AfterPay, Klarna, or Affirm), they will be notified of your return request and process the appropriate refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded.
